Larry and Sandy Disbro are lifelong members of 91ÊÓÆµ Alumni Association’s Lake County Alumni Chapter and serve as board members as well as officers for the chapter (president, vice president, treasurer and historian). Both Larry and Sandy are also life members of the 91ÊÓÆµ Alumni Association and have actively supported 91ÊÓÆµ initiatives for more than 40 years.
Larry is a member of the 91ÊÓÆµ Golden Flashes Club and Honorary Varsity K. He has served on the 91ÊÓÆµ Intercollegiate Athletic council since 2009. And served on the 91ÊÓÆµ National Alumni Board of Directors from 1995 through 2002 and served as secretary for a year. Sandy has volunteered with the 91ÊÓÆµ Admission’s Office, served as Homecoming parade judge for more than 10 years and also has co-chaired several committees for the Lake County Alumni Chapter.
As a student at 91ÊÓÆµ, Larry was selected for Gamma Theta Upsilon, International Honorary Geographical Society, co-founded the Ohio Kappa Chapter, Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and played on the 91ÊÓÆµ baseball team. Sandy was also very active during her time at 91ÊÓÆµ. She was part of the 91ÊÓÆµ Dance Team, Flasherettes and tennis team.
Larry and Sandy are avid 91ÊÓÆµ sports fans and longtime season ticket holders. Their daughter, Kellee Disbro, ’06 is also a 91ÊÓÆµ graduate and has been involved with the 91ÊÓÆµ Alumni Association's Southern California Chapter.
